ID key not accepted from Amazon download

I downloaded 2023 home and business TurboTax from Amazon.  Although I wanted 2023, the download says 2022. The ID key provided is not accepted and brings up the 606 area code.

You need to contact Amazon and tell them the software you purchased was for the wrong tax year.  They should be able to assist you in getting the 2023 TurboTax desktop software required.
