My driverlicense is expired in Texas , would that affect my filling?

You are not required to enter a drivers license in order to e-file your federal return.  You can skip that step.  But to keep things legit in TX----better renew your license before you get pulled over.

A drivers license number is not required for a federal tax return.  Texas does not have a personal income tax so there is no state return to file.
