I wrote the wrong month of Birth for my dependants, and I already e-filed. Will it get rejected even tho the year is right, and social security number right.?

Yes - it will probably be rejected because the information you entered does not match what the IRS has on file from the Social Security Administration.

When the return is rejected, you can just make the changes and e-file again.

Keep in mind that the IRS won't start processing returns until January 27, and there is usually a backlog waiting, so don't expect to hear back about the return 'til after that date.
