I would like to speak with a live representative about my 2023 return. I just spoke with the IRS and they never received my return. Please help me understand.

I would have used Turbo Tax for many years and this has never happened and I cannot find a phone number to call anyone from Turbo Tax.

If IRS does not have your 2023 return, the proper action is to print sign and mail the complete return to the IRS at the address designated for your state of residence.

Where possible, include "Federal Copy" of any tax documents that show federal tax withheld.
