Have you tried clicking "My Account" at the top, is that what you are speaking of?

Did you read my question?? It clearly states "Nothing happens when I click account"

hi,

To change your User ID, log into your online TurboTax account. Then at the top click on MY ACCOUNT. Then choose ACCOUNT SETTINGS. Then choose PROFILE. Then USER ID.
