If you can't efile you can print and mail it.  Did it reject? Maybe we can help you fix it.

The fee is for the use of the program to complete a return even if you have to mail it in ... at no time was efiling guaranteed.  The Online program is free to used up to the point you want to see the entire return and not just the summary ... anytime until that point you could have stopped and walked away.  By paying the fee you are indicating satisfaction with the program and refunds are not  made after payment has been made.
