I was unable to file my taxes through turbo, but they charged me for filing anyway. No max package etc, just basic filing, how do I get issued a refund?

I was going to have them take my refund out of my return, but they wouldn’t for some reason. I was able to go ahead and file my taxes elsewhere and have my return on its way, but turbo tax already charged me 78$ for basic filing. I haven’t been able to figure out how to get a refund for services NOT rendered.
