I was told my refund would be free but my card was charged

When I went to pay for my tax refund it said congratulations your tax refund qualified for fee free. But my card was still charged $60 to file. Is this a glitch or will I be refunded the money back once I receive my taxes?

Depending on what forms you needed to file, you may have needed to upgrade.  You would have had to approve these fees upon transmitting your return.  For more details on this, please see the Help Article here.

I did get a tax form from my student loans that I put in but it was not enough to get a tax credit. Would it still have charged me for putting it in anyway?

Yes, TurboTax did charge you to include the student loan form.

Ok. So how do I get that fixed? Because I didn’t get any money back from it.

Since you have already paid, please feel free to contact Customer Support so they can assist you. If you inquire about a refund, you will want to use the keywords billing issues when you call so you get to the right person.
