I was signed into turbo tax from my credit unions web site. I was supposed to get $20 off but I didn't get it.

I am sorry that you did not get the discount from your credit union, if you log into your turbotax account, if you have not completed filing, click on Contact Us , call the telephone number that comes up, listen for Customer Service Option and a live representative can give you a code to us and enter on your return so you will be able to receive the discount.
