I was on my parent's health insurance plan for half of 2018 and then was put on my own plan. Do I need to document my parents information or just my own?

You will need to indicate the months that you were under your parent's insurance and then the months you were under your own insurance. Depending on what kind of insurance that your parents had, Turbo Tax will tell you what information you need.
