Where do I include my tax exempt monthly stipend from veterans affairs? I need income documented in order to receive my insurance through the marketplace. Thanks

This type of income is not recorded on a tax return at all- there is nowhere to put it.  You can show your benefit statement to the marketplace, if they need a record of your nontaxable income.
