I was on my dad's insurance, but not a dependent, for part of the year. In September, I got on my own plan. How do I account for the part of the year I was on his plan?

To indicate that you were covered last year, while logged in and in your return:

• Cick on Personal tab
• Click on Health Insurance
• You will be asked "Did you have health insurance coverage in 2018?"
• Select "I had health insurance coverage all year."
• Click Continue
• Answer No to "Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2018?"
• You should see "That's all we need on your 2018 coverage"
