 If you came here on a dependent Visa, are your parents US Residents for tax purposes?  Do you have a SSN or ITIN?

In order to file using TurboTax, if you are not a US Citizen, then you would need to either meet the Substantial Presence Test or the Green card Test.  If you have not met these tests, then you would need to file form 1040 NR which TurboTax does not support.  However, you can use a company like Sprintax.com to file the 1040NR.
