I was charged twice

I purchased a basic plan then updated to deluxe

When you use Deluxe or higher there is an additional fee for the state return.  How much did you already pay?  Deluxe is $40 for Federal and 40 for state.  Minus what you already paid.

Or did you buy the Basic Desktop program?  You can't apply the Desktop purchase to the online version.

Thanks for your replying. I double checked that my basic plan is PLUS BENEFITS 2.0 R2020, which is 30. And you are right about the deluxe, I was charged 40 for state and 19 more for DELUXE TAX YEAR 2020 PREP
