What items were you charged for on your account?
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen
Click on Tools
Click on My Fees
OR -
Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on View order details
Thank you for the quick response, and I have done what you instructed me to do, and it shows on turbo tax that I was billed once for federal, and state. But checking my bank statement, turbotax charged three times.
Thank you for posting the bank information. Since all three are still pending with the bank, I would wait to see if two of those are removed after the bank processes the payment. If more than one payment is processed by your bank then you need to contact TurboTax support to get a refund for the erroneous payment(s).
