I was charged, even though the ad said there were $0 fee

I tried to go back to the free edition of turbo tax, but your system wouldn’t allow me to do it myself and charged me $117! I did it through the app to make sure I would not be charged to do my taxes. Looking at previous post I see I’m not the only one with this problem.
