I was charged city income tax for the city I live in, but I work in a different city. Do I need to pay that tax?

Do I need to pay income tax if I did not generate my income in that city? I  live there, but work elsewhere.

Most city income tax is based on where you live.  If TurboTax included the city income tax in your return you can be fairly confident that it is correct.  Otherwise maybe get a second opinion from a CPA living in your city, or call city hall and ask them.
