I was charged $133 randomly today. I have no idea why, we obviously filed our taxes months ago and paid via the return option.

Are the fees supposed to come out of your refund?

If the IRS is taking too long to send your refund you still have to pay the fees in time.  After 36 days after your original estimated refund date.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.
