Like everything in life, the answer is "it depends".
Please see this IRS page ("Fulbright grants") describing how to treat income from a Fulbright, and see how you fit into the many question on the page.
Then if you have additional questions, come back to us.
Thank you Bill for this response, I have seen the IRS page on Fulbrights and understand as a US citizen that my stipend is taxable, my question is related to how to report this income on my forms in Turbo Tax. I did not get a W-2 or a 1099 reporting form so I am having trouble knowing how to list this additional income as I complete my tax forms on line in Turbo Tax. Any additional suggestions.

These threads discuss how to enter the Fulbright stipend, Yes, they are a few years old, but I don't think this part of TurboTax had changed much.
Thread about how to enter Fulbright stipend.
Hal_Al's discussion on how to enter Fulbright with no tax forms.
MargaretL's discussion on scholarship income versus working income.
Notice on Margaret's thread that she has you go into the Deductions and Credits to enter your income, which seems counter-intuitive, but she has you entering scholarship income over expenses on fake 1098-T, which creates taxable income.
Oh, and congrats on the Fulbright!
Thank you for your assistance it was very helpful!
