You can attempt to Clear & Start Over if you have not already registered the product.

Once you've cleared your return and you're back to the main starting menu, there should be an option to start for free.
If you're not seeing this option, there will be an option to see other products under the section that says, "Start 2016 Return in..." with whatever product you're in.
