I want to remove Premium Service Benefits from my fees. How do i do that?

Are you a California filer, and did you choose to pay the TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund?   If so, that option to pay out of the refund is bundled with other benefits and called "Premium Services".  There is a service fee of 34.99 in Free Edition, and 39.99 in Deluxe and higher editions.
