I want to enter my control number but it won't let me

I had hit skip in this part but it won't let me go back now

Is this for a W-2? If so, box D on a W-2 is for a control number. This is just a payroll processing number and is not required (some employers don't list one at all) by the IRS or TurboTax. 

You may omit the entry in TurboTax. If you imported the W-2, you may need to delete it and enter manually. To delete a form:

• In your open return, select My Account
• Tools
• Topic Search
• Type w-2 in the box, then select GO

Select the trash can next to the edit button for your W-2. Re-enter manually.
