I want to clear my tax for and start over, but can't get into TaxTools per your instruction video. How can I get to Tax Tools?

How do I find Tax Tools? It's not listed on the left side of my screen.

Please see this link for guidance to get to the tax tools menu when using TurboTax Online. If you do not see it, you may need to select "continue" or "pick up where you left off" on the main screen after logging in for the left menu to appear.
