I want to change my payment method before I finish filing. I didn’t see the $40 fee to have it taken out of the return and I don’t want to pay that. Help!

I’ve already tried going to File and changing it, but it doesn’t give me the option and won’t let me checkout without paying the additional $40.

The state of IL sent me a letter claiming i owe $209 of late payment. However, i filed my taxes in February. Why does IL say i didnt make full estimated payment?
