When using the TurboTax online editions once the tax return has been completed and filed the account fees cannot be refunded.
You can fix the tax return that the IRS rejected and e-file again.
Why was the return rejected? There is a rejection code and rejection message on the email you received from TurboTax. What does it say?
It is rejected and I refile with my other account and that one went through but this one was rejected and I want my money you guys took from me back to my account
