I used Turbo Tax 2024 in February 2025. I purchased a new computer and need to reinstall it on my new computer. It will not let me use the license code again.

Where did you buy the Desktop program? There are places that sell fake or used License Codes.

Amazon is listed as an authorized seller but only if it's sold and shipped by Amazon, see

bighometax is not an authorized seller. People have been having problems using the License Code.
