What file are you copying from the Mac? You need the tax data file. The Windows program uses the same files. Copy the 2023 file to the Windows hard drive. Put it in Documents and to a Turbo Tax subfolder. You may have to make a Turbo Tax folder. The Mac normally doesn’t show the .tax2023 at the end.

That's exactly what I was doing. Copied the data file from Mac to PC and use the PC version to import. The PC version of the software even said successful. But at the end, none of the data was there. Not even our names and addresses. I was thinking that maybe the old file was corrupted. I then tried pdf, didn't work either. But new Mac version would import the last year's data file. I just think there are probably problem with the cross version import.
