I used PayTaxUSA to pay my taxes. I was billed twice on my credit card. Notified PayTaxUSA. Interest is accruing. Why don't they respond?

When calling PayTaxUSA, call volumes are high and no one answers. Is this company legit?

Did you type in the name wrong? Is this what you used? From the IRS site:
