I upgraded to turbo Premier. In the process it lost/dropped connection to my Turbo 2019 tax info. Nothing transferred up.

Please verify if you are using Online TurboTax (web version) or desktop software (CD/download) for your 2020 return, and also what you used last year for your 2019 return.
