I tried to file for the free filing, it says I don't qualify,all my information is there and it won't let me file. How do I file and not have to start all over again?

I need the deluxe edition without having to clear and start all over again,is that possible?

Sorry--no. If you could not use Free File you need to start over in a paid version, and the data cannot transfer in to it. use a different account and user ID.
