I tried to delete 2210 form several time but form is still there. How do I delete it?

I imported 2016 tax into Turbo tax (2018) and now I am being asked to submit 2210 form even though I don't need to submit it. I tried to delete 2210 form several times but it is still there. How do I delete 2210 permanently from Turbo Tax Deluxe 2018 (windows version)?
