I thought I set up a payment plan on Turbo Tax. I haven't heard from the IRS, and thought it would come out of my bank but it hasn't. Not sure what to do.

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?  Use this TurboTax website to check the status of an e-filed return and if was either accepted or rejected -https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

If the return has been accepted then ....

Check the printout or PDF of your return; look for the federal filing instruction sheet with the Turbotax logo. 

If you owed tax, it will show the payment information and how you decided to pay.  

If you did set up a payment plan look for the 9465 ... review it carefully.  It can take several weeks for the IRS to accept the payment plan so in the mean time you can make payments yourself to reduce the penalties & interest.
