I can't find my w-2. Do I need an extension?

Yes you will need to file an extension if you can not receive that return from your employer by the 18th. ( You will need to contact employer for another W2)You can file an Extension using the steps below.

1. Login to your 2016 account

2. Click My Tax Timeline

3. In your 2016 info click Take me to my return

4. Then under the option Pick up where i left off is a sub category- File an Extension.
