I switched my health insurance plan on December 2024 to Covered CA. My coverage information is mainly 0 except for December, but the form is being rejected.

It is saying "Form 1095-A Insurance Exchange: Monthly Advance Tax Credit has a zero entered. The corresponding entries for this month are zero or blank, please delete this zero."

For any month that has zero in all three columns, leave all three boxes empty. Do not enter the zeros.
