I don't need to file so what am I to do cuz I was claimed and have no income I was just curious and looking but I never planned on filing but now it's wanting me to finish a return I never even started

If you had no income for 2023 you do not need to file a tax return.   If you started playing around in a TT account and began a tax return, the software is just generating reminder emails that you can ignore.  The IRS does not know or care that you started a return using TurboTax but did not finish preparing it.
