I started filling out a 1040ez but realize I need to fill out a 1040A instead. How do I change from EZ to A?

Beginning this year, there is no more short form or long form. The Form 1040EZ and 1040A are no longer used.

All Taxpayers must use Form 1040 which includes Schedules 1 thru 6.
