I spoke with Joseph who is on your team and he said I could claim my mom as dependent but when I put her in with her income which is social security it said I cldn claim?

Can I claim my mom as a dependent on our taxes? She is 81 and on soc security and we take her to dr do her laundry shopping cleaning and lives with us.

Social Security doesn't count towards the income limit to claim her. Don't include it. See this one,
