I set up electronic withdrawal but my efile was rejected. I've since elected to file by mail and pay by check. Can I be sure my original electronic withdrawal cancelled?

I just don't want what I owe to be deducted twice from my bank account.

If the return was rejected, the payment should have been also.  You can call in and check to be sure though.
