I seriously need freaking help.. these tt workers won't let me access my account even tho I have provided DL pictures and everything and yet still can't get into it!

I've been trying for over a ***** week to get into my profile I created a new one and added as much of the same info as the other one and they said it would help and yet still ***** nothing! I am so livid with turbo tax that I will probably never file with them them agien! I call and they tell me yes your taxes will be deposited today and available tomorrow and guess what nothing's here!! Then I call back and they say who told you this and I told them then they say we dont know who told you but they were wrong!! I just want into my old ***** account! I wanna see ***** for myself that's why I made the account not to be locked out of it forever just because I don't have the same phone number cuz someone stole my phone

this is a public forum so we don't know if we can help if TurboTax support can't assist you.  have you tried to use the account recovery tool?
