I received two W2's from the same job position

The town's payroll that I work for swapped to another payroll system mid-year. I was told to merge the two into one W2, however I'm unsure if I file both separately here.

Do not merge the two.  Enter them individually.  It is not that uncommon to receive multiple W-2s from the same employer.  As long as the time periods, income, or withholdings don't overlap, you will not have an issue with this.  TurboTax will transfer all of the information to the right place for filing.
