With the Form 1095-C, Health Coverage, you will not add this to your return. Form 1095-C is informational only the IRS does not need any details from this form. The form verifies you had health insurance coverage. You can keep any 1095-C forms that you get from your employer for your records. You may have accidentally selected that you had a Form 1095-A.
To report the Form 1095-C in TurboTax you need to return to the Health Insurance section. Go to Federal Taxes then Health Insurance. When you arrive at the question “Did you have health insurance coverage in 2016", simply select that the option that says you had coverage all year (if applicable). Then when asked "If anyone was enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2016 select "No". That is all the information that is required.
