Here are the steps to report the Form 1095-A:

• Sign into your Online account and select Take me to my return.
• Select Federal in the left side bar.
  
• Next select Health Insurance at the top of the screen.
• The first question will ask Did you have Health insurance coverage in 2017? Select the appropriate box then continue.
• The following question will ask Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2017? select Yes then continue.
  
• When asked What type of plan you were enrolled in? select Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare (1095-A) and follow the onscreen instructions to enter the form.
