I received a payment from Wells Fargo for fees, interest and payment for non-availability of funds relating to ID Theft Protection. Do I need to report this as income?

It sounds like it was a reimbursement for fees and interest you incurred previously, and if so it would not be taxable and not reportable on your tax return.
