I received a notification on my phone that I would save 20% by filing with TurboTax today. I filed but never saw my 20% off “coupon”. Can I get a 20% refund on the cost?

I already paid the full cost to file because I didn’t have time to try and figure out the 20% off. I would like to receive 20% off of the cost of filing still.
