Where do I enter my service code?

A service code is a discount code for TurboTax. You might receive one through a marketing offer or after contacting us with an issue.

Here's where you enter it:
Sign in to your TurboTax account.
Open or continue your return, if you haven't already done so.
Once inside your return, select File from the menu.
On the following screen, select Continue.
On the Just X more steps and we'll file your returns screen, select Start next to Step 1.
The following screen has a list of all your fees. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select I have a service code.
Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your service code, then select Continue.
