I received a code to file my federal for free. There was no place to add this. And had no choice but to pay the fee. Is there anyway of getting this back?

I’ve also searched for a customer contact email. Got nothing

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
