Did it have a code? The Online prices look like they are 30% off right now. I think the email just means go online and file to get the 30% off.

Ok ... if you READ the coupon carefully the words UP TO 30% OFF regular prices will be there and the current prices are discounted so you will simply pay the listed discounted price ... you do NOT get another 30% off the sale prices.
Yes, a 14 digit code to redeem the offer by Feb. 13. But it seems I'm only able to pay when I file which won't be until April. So the offer should state 30% off TurboTax if filed by Feb. 13.
Ok ... the trick is to PAY for the program now to get the discount ... here is how :
To pay the TurboTax online account fees by credit card, without completing the 2022 return at this time, click on Tax Tools >>> Tools and then Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. On the next page, to pay by credit card, click Continue. On the next screen it will ask if you want Audit Defense, if you do not want this option just click on the Continue button. The next screen will ask for all your credit card information so you can pay for the account.
Great question. The tax experts are more in the dark as the customers. This smells of a scam because there is nowhere to enter in the 14 alpha numeric code either before you pay by credit card or even after. The flyer I received in the mail with the coded card attached does not say how to enter the card. I've tried several times to contact TurboTax/Intuit without success. There is no published telephone number for billing or customer service. Since they haven't put a door in their firewalll next year I'll take my business elsewhere.
Someone else posted the partial front of the ad but there was a * next to the price and they did not post the rest of the flyer showing the fine print ... what the *** represented so none of us know what is going on ... TT has never posted a coupon with a discount code in the past so this could be a scam.
