Hobby Income is located in Personal Tab in Home & Biz version:

1. Personal tab, Personal Income, Jump to Full list

2. Scroll down to Less Common Income

3. Select Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C

4. Select Hobby Income and Expenses
