I put in a foreign mailing address with state and zip and it keeps telling me at the end I cannot file because you're missing some personal information like state + zip.

When you are entering a foreign address:

• You first indicate that you are entering a foreign address in the drop down menu
• You enter the Street address
• You enter the City name
• You are asked for the Province or state
• You are asked for Postal code

You would enter the Province where you live and the postal code of your address. In some countries the postal may precede the city or town.
