Did you buy your program from an authorized retailer? There are a lot of cheap versions out there that end up with parts of the program being corrupted. One thing that can help is getting a cord and connecting your modem directly to your computer. Sometimes the WIFI is too slow. If your home connection speed is really slow you might have to take the computer somewhere with higher internet speed. Just a few things to consider. Good luck.
Hi, thanks for your input but this is not related to my internet connection speed, shortly after posting the question, I performed a reboot of my computer (a reboot sometimes clears errors but not this time), after that I went back to TurboTax and modified how I would get my refund, instead of having most of the funds deposited into my account AND buying a savings bond, I removed the purchase of the savings bond so all money would be direct deposited and the application e-Filed as it should have! So I am just waiting for the IRS to process.😊
Thanks for your reply!
My connection speed is definitely not the issue, the Turbo Tax app allows one to go back a few steps so I went back to modify how I would get my refund, instead of deposited into my bank AND purchasing a savings bond, I removed the option of buying a savings bond and selected ALL of the refund to be deposited into my account and now all I'm waiting for is IRS to process!😊
I responded to your post earlier... forgot to mention that I don't use a modem, haven't used a modem in many years.
Thanks
